We’re pleased to announce the release of TestRail 8.0.4 to Default Track Server customers. TestRail 8.0.4 is a release primarily focused on performance and stability improvements, making all fixes deployed to Cloud since 8.0.1.1029 available to Server customers.

I’m still using TestRail 7.0.2 (or lower); should I update directly to TestRail 8.0.4?

- We strongly recommend updating to each major TestRail version before upgrading to TestRail 8.0.4, due to the various database changes introduced along the way. 

I’m upgrading from 7.0.2 (or lower) and need to migrate my attachments during the upgrade. At what point should I run the migration script and how?

- The migration script should be executed after the TestRail 8.0.1 upgrade has been carried out.
